HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
Registration will be done by Internet only on Freedom Broadcasting of Michigan, Inc.'s (“FBMI”) CW homepage: http://www.cw7michigan.com starting Monday, Sept. 7th, 2009 until 11:59 Monday, November 23, 2009. You must be a current Western Michigan University (Kalamazoo, Michigan) (“WMU”) student with a valid student ID. You must also be present at the following WMU football games to be eligible to win.

No walk-ins, call-ins or fax-ins will be accepted. Only one entrant per person/email/household per day. All duplicate entries by person/email/household will be eliminated.
PRIZE SELECTION: Winners will be notified at the above mentioned football games. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the results of the contest, which will be final and binding in all respects.
On each game day, from all eligible entrants seven (7) names will be drawn.
Limit one prize per person, email address, family and/or household. No one is eligible to win any FBMI contest until six (6) months has past since last time of winning any FBMI contest where the prize had a value of $50 or more. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received prior to any following mentioned drawing dates. Each qualified entry will have an equal chance of winning.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Prizes vary per game as follows;
Sept. 19th: Three (3) people will win a $100 gift certificate to Wal-Mart and three (3) additional people will win a $50 gift certificate to Wal-Mart. One (1) name will also be drawn, which will win a Vizio 26” TV (retail value $328)
Sept. 26th: One (1) person will win a $100 gift certificate to Wal-Mart and five (5) additional people will win a $50 gift certificate to Wal-Mart. One (1) name will also be drawn, which will win an Acer Laptop computer (retail value $298)
Oct. 17th: One (1) person will win a $100 gift certificate to Wal-Mart and four (4) additional people will win a $50 gift certificate to Wal-Mart. Two (2) names will also be drawn, who will win an Nintendo WII console (retail value $249)
Oct. 24th: Three (3) people will win a $100 gift certificate to Wal-Mart and three (3) additional people will win a $50 gift certificate to Wal-Mart. One (1) name will also be drawn, which will win a 16gb iPod Touch (retail value $287)
Nov. 24th: One (1) person will win a $100 gift certificate to Wal-Mart and four (4) additional people will win a $50 gift certificate to Wal-Mart. Two (2) names will also be drawn, who will win an Nintendo WII console (retail value $249)
Approximate value of contest per game is $800. Total approximate value of contest is $4,000.
GENERAL RULES AND ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to Western Michigan University (Kalamazoo, Michigan) students with proper student ID.
Employees of FBMI, any and all sponsors, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and each employee's immediate family member (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife) and those living in their same households are not eligible to participate or win a prize.
All winners will be required to supply personal information up to but not limited to their social security number. Liability for any applicable federal, state, or other taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner and no prize will be awarded without receipt of the proper, fully completed legal paperwork, including but not limited to a W-9 (may be a substitute form) as determined by Freedom Broadcasting of Michigan, Inc. and its sponsors.
FBMI or any and all sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected entries, entries not received in time for the selection of the winners, or for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission which may limit a user's ability to participate in this contest.
PARTICIPATING MERCHANTS/SPONSORS: Freedom Broadcasting of Michigan, Inc., Western Michigan University, Wal-Mart
MISCELLANEOUS: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability and then for a prize (or applicable portion thereof) of equal or greater value. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return a W-9 within 10 days of issuance of notification. Noncompliance with the foregoing or return of prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Entrants agree, by entering, that 1.) Freedom Broadcasting of Michigan, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies may use (unless prohibited by law), if entrant is a winner, entrant's name, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2.) The aforementioned parties and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize and any travel or travel-related activity thereto or participation in this promotion.
Winner's consent to use their name in connection with the contest and all images are the exclusive property of FBMI.
FBMI reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Contest should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of FBMI corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest. In case of such suspension or termination, a notice will be posted, and at FBMI's discretion, winners will be selected from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination or suspension. FBMI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant if his or her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the contest.
Correspondence relating to entry in the sweepstakes will not be answered or acknowledged.
FBMI maintains the right to change or modify these rules at any time, without notice. FBMI and any and all sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of any and all prizes.
