Official Rules

HOW TO ENTER:  No purchase necessary.  Void where prohibited.
Registration will be done by Internet only on Freedom Broadcasting of Michigan, Inc.’s (“FBMI”) WWMT’s homepage: http://www.cw7michigan.com starting 12:00 midnight Monday, August 20, 2007 until 11:59 Sunday, September 2, 2007.     Go to the web page and register to be eligible to win.  One entry per person, email or household permitted per day.  All duplicates will be eliminated.   No walk-ins, call-ins, fax-ins or emails will be accepted.

 

PRIZE SELECTION:  Winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail and/or email.  By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the results of the contest, which will be final and binding in all respects.

 

On Tuesday, September 4, 2007, from all eligible entries, five (5) names for each of the six (6) shows will be selected from random drawing.

 

Limit one prize per person, email address, family and/or household.  No one is eligible to win any FBMI contest until six (6) months has past since last time of winning any FBMI contest where the prize had a value of $50 or more.  Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received prior to any following mentioned drawing dates.  Each qualified entry will have an equal chance of winning.

 

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted.  Five (5) names for each artist of the Allegan County Fair will be drawn for the following six (6) shows.

            Hinder, Papa Roach & Buckcherry, value per contest winner is $60.00
            Drake Bell & JordanPruitt, value per contest winner is $34.00
            Toby Mac & Skillet, value per contest winner is $48.00
            Trace Adkins & Josh Gracin, value per contest winner is $66.00
            Toby Keith & Flynnville Train, value per contest winner is $99.00
            Orange County Choppers, value per contest winner is $68.00
Approximate total value of contest is $1,875.00

 

GENERAL RULES AND ELIGIBILITY:  Contest open to legal residents of Michigan 18 years of age or older as of August 20, 2007.

 

Employees of FBMI, any and all sponsors, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and each employee’s immediate family member (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife) and those living in their same households are not eligible to participate or win a prize.  

 

All winners will be required to supply personal information up to but not limited to their social security number.  Liability for any applicable federal, state, or other taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner and no prize will be awarded without receipt of the proper, fully completed legal paperwork, including but not limited to a W-9 (may be a substitute form) as determined by Freedom Broadcasting of Michigan, Inc. and its sponsors.

 

FBMI or any and all sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected entries, entries not received in time for the selection of the winners, or for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission which may limit a user’s ability to participate in this contest.

 

PARTICIPATING MERCHANTS/SPONSORS:  Freedom Broadcasting of Michigan, Inc., Allegan County Fair

 

MISCELLANEOUS:  No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability and then for a prize (or applicable portion thereof) of equal or greater value.  Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return a W-9 within 10 days of issuance of notification. Noncompliance with the foregoing or return of prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.  Entrants agree, by entering, that 1.)  Freedom Broadcasting of Michigan, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies may use (unless prohibited by law), if entrant is a winner, entrant’s name, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2.) The aforementioned parties and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize and any travel or travel-related activity thereto or participation in this promotion. 

 

Winner’s consent to use their name in connection with the contest and all images are the exclusive property of FBMI.

 

FBMI reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Contest should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of FBMI corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest.  In case of such suspension or termination, a notice will be posted, and at FBMI’s discretion, winners will be selected from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination or suspension.  FBMI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant if his or her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the contest. 

 

Correspondence relating to entry in the sweepstakes will not be answered or acknowledged. 

 

FBMI maintains the right to change or modify these rules at any time, without notice.  FBMI and any and all sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of any and all prizes.
